Client Responsibilities 

 -    Full Payment at the time of booking

 -    Damage/cleaning deposit $300.00 at time of booking (refunded within one week of rental inspection)

 -    Cancellations including date changes: Must be received a minimum of 1 week prior to the event. Full refunds will be provided            less 20% administration fee. Damage deposit will be refunded.

 -    A copy of insurance required approximately 10 days prior to the function.

 -    Liquor license posted prior to the function.

The renter is responsible for all damages to the facility and its contents, not limited to the $300.00 damage/cleaning deposit.

Clean up Responsibilities 

Renters clean up responsibilities are as follows:

​

1. Clean up is to take place immediately following your event. You may not come in to clean the following day.

2. All Garbage (main hall, kitchen, washrooms and foyer) to be collected and removed to the outside bins. Bags are available in the kitchen.

3. All kitchen appliances that have been used must be cleaned; i.e. stove, oven, cooler, walk-in cooler, sinks.

4. Dishes/Utensils put back into cupboards and caddy.

5. All tables and chairs to be cleaned and set up as per diagram with chairs on top.

Floors are to be swept and mopped. DO NOT USE ANY TYPE OF ABRASIVE CLEANER, only water and floor soap provided in janitors room.

7. All mats to be vacuumed.

8. Obvious marks on the walls and windows to be removed.

9. Check washrooms. Clean mirror and all surfaces. Clean toilets and flush.

10. Decorations can be attached to the rail on the wall. Do not use adhesives on the walls. All decorations must be removed immediately following event.

11. Pick up litter on outside grounds that resulted from your event.

Failure to comply with the above stated responsibilities will result in a minimum $300.00 charge. Any damages in excess of $300.00 will be charged and invoiced to you.
